I’m a researcher at the RAND Center for AI, Security, and Technology, where I lead European frontier AI policy, and a research affiliate at the Oxford Martin AI Governance Initiative. Previously, I co-founded cFactual, worked at Boston Consulting Group, and researched at the Centre for the Governance of AI. I focus on Europe and other AI middle powers in AI geopolitics.
